Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

John Trevor Whittfield, insolvency practitioner, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company, on Monday 26 September 2016 at 4.00pm, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

This is the liquidation of a solvent company and the director has signed a declaration of solvency.
