Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholder of the above-named company, by special resolution on 2 November 2016 at 4.30pm, appointed Simon Dalton, chartered certified accountant, and Matthew Peter Kemp, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, as liquidators.

The directors have resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts. Pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993, a copy of the resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
