Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Take notice that A 1 EXHAUST & TOW BAR LIMITED (in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 2 November 2016 to be put into liquidation.

Keith Vincent Harris and Wayne John Deuchrass were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.

The liquidation commenced on 2 November 2016 at 10.04am.
