Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Take notice that M & M GROUP LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 5 October 2016 to be put into liquidation.

Keith Vincent Harris and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.

The liquidation commenced on 5 October 2016 at 10.10am.
