Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims

Pursuant to Section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993

Colin Owens and David Vance, of Deloitte, were appointed liquidators jointly and severally of H G INGHAM LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Wellington on 18 October 2016 at 10.43am.

The liquidators have fixed 24 November 2016 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.

Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution.
