Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Notice is hereby given that on 14 October 2016 it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act, that BIZLINKS DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED be liquidated and that Howard Edward Dalzell, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.

The liquidation commenced on 14 October 2016 at 2.00pm.

The liquidator does hereby fix 20 November 2016 as the day on or before which any creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any preferential claims they may have, pursuant to section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distributions made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
