Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Marcus McMillan, insolvency practitioner, and John Fisk, chartered accountant, both of Wellington, were appointed joint and several liquidators of LIVINGSTON TILES LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Wellington, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 18 October 2016 at 10.54am.

We fix 10 November 2016 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
