Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 10 October 2016 at 5.00pm, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that B V R OPERATIONS LIMITED be liquidated and that Imran Mohammed Kamal, insolvency practitioner of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
