Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 7 October 2016 at 4.20pm, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholder, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that M & L LOGGING LIMITED be liquidated and that Imran Mohammed Kamal, insolvency practitioner of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
