Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

On 5 October 2016, subsequent to a resolution as to solvency, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act, that ENDEAVOUR SECURITIES LIMITED be liquidated and that Gregory Victor Millar, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on 30 September 2016 at 3.00pm.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidator of ENDEAVOUR SECURITIES LIMITED (in liquidation) fixes 21 October 2016 as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
