Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

Grant Stephen Jarrold and Shari Leah Margaret Carter, chartered accountants, were appointed liquidators jointly and severally of the above-named company by special resolution of the shareholder on the date and time below:

Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims

The liquidators have fixed 2 November 2016 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.

Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution.
