ELMSTONE LIMITED (in liquidation)
Craig Sanson, insolvency practitioner, and David Bridgman, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of ELMSTONE LIMITED (in liquidation) by the shareholder, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 29 September 2016 at 6.40am.
We fix 3 November 2016 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
