Janet Mary Springett, of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of CDJ HOLDINGS LIMITED by way of special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 29 September 2016 at 2.00pm.

I fix 29 October 2016 as the day by which any creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
