Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the above-named company commenced on 11 May 2016 at 11.00am when the shareholders passed a resolution to appoint Josephine Taylor as liquidator, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”).

A certificate of solvency, pursuant to section 243(8) of the Act, has been completed by the directors.

The undersigned does hereby fix 27 October 2016 as the date on or before which creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
