Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named companies appointed Kirk John Richardson, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, as liquidator of the companies on the date and times below:

FIDENTER TRUSTEES LIMITED (in liquidation) at 3.05pm.
The undersigned does hereby fix 28 October 2016 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
