Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Rhys Cain, insolvency practitioner of Christchurch, and Rees Logan, chartered accountant of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court at Christchurch, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 15 September 2016 at 11.04am.

We fix 15 November 2016 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
