Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Malcolm Hollis and Craig Sanson, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of GLOBAL CLEANING SERVICES LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 15 September 2016 at 11.07am.

We fix 21 October 2016 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
