Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

Craig William Melhuish and Christine Jane Johnston, chartered accountants of Christchurch, were appointed liquidators of the above-named society by the members of the society whom passed a resolution at a general meeting of the society held on 14 September 2016 at 4.00pm.

The liquidators fix 14 October 2016 as the day on or before which the creditors of the society are able to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
