Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 12 September 2016 at 3.00pm, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholder, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that TOTAL EARTHWORKS (2014) LIMITED be liquidated and that Imran Mohammed Kamal, insolvency practitioner of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
