ESKDALE FREIGHT LIMITED (in liquidation)
Craig Sanson and David Bridgman, of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by the High Court at Whangarei, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 12 September 2016 at 10.26am.
We fix 10 October 2016 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims.
