Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

David Bridgman and Lara Bennett, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of NICHOLAS JERMYN LIMITED (in liquidation) by the creditors of the company, pursuant to section 241(2)(d) of the Companies Act 1993, on 13 September 2016 at 2.15pm.

We fix 18 October 2016 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
