CHANDRA DEVELOPMENTS (2005) LIMITED (in liquidation)
On 27 January 2016 it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, that CHANDRA DEVELOPMENTS (2005) LIMITED be liquidated and that Bruce Douglas Montgomery, chartered accountant of Patumahoe, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 27 January 2016 at 3.50pm.
