Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 7 September 2016 at 6.48pm, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholder, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that WILLSTAR LIMITED be liquidated and that David Thomas, accountant of Tauranga, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.

I fix 7 October 2016 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
