Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Craig Alexander Sanson, insolvency practitioner, and David Bridgman, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of IA O’O MAI LOU MALO SUPPORT TRUST (in liquidation) by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 8 September 2016 at 10.20am.

We fix 10 October 2016 as the day by which the creditors of the charitable trust are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
