Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Tony Pattison, chartered accountant of Napier, and Marcus McMillan, insolvency practitioner of Wellington, were appointed joint and several liquidators of R.J’S HORT LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Napier, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 7 September 2016 at 10.15am.

We fix 12 October 2016 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
