Robin Albert Gardenbroek, accountant of Christchurch, was appointed liquidator of GROVE BUILDERS LIMITED by way of special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 7 September 2016 at 10.00am.

I fix 30 September 2016 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
