Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Wendy Ann Somerville and Malcolm Grant Hollis, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of PACIFIC TRUST CANTERBURY (in interim liquidation) by the High Court at Christchurch, under the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, on 2 September 2016 at 11.00am.

We fix 14 October 2016 as the day by which the creditors of the trust are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
