Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

On 29 August 2016 at 12.05pm, pursuant to section 241 of the Act, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders that SANLI LIMITED be liquidated and that Christopher Robert Ross Horton, insolvency practitioner, be appointed liquidator.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 29 September 2016 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
