Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

On 17 August 2016, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named companies be liquidated and that Samuel Michael William Bassett, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.

The liquidations commenced on 17 August 2016.
