Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the above-named company commenced on 18 August 2016 at 10.03am, when the members appointed Brenton John Joseph Hunt, insolvency practitioner of Christchurch, as liquidator, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, by the passing of a special resolution by entry in the company minute book.

The directors have previously passed resolutions declaring that on the appointment of a liquidator, the company would be able to pay their debts.

Pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993 the liquidator is not required to call a creditors’ meeting.
