Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 27 July 2016 it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that MILDARA FARM LIMITED be liquidated and that Pita Alexander, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.

The liquidation commenced on 27 July 2016.
