RATA PROPERTY DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED, RH & PJ HOLDINGS LIMITED, MSS SECURITY LIMITED (formerly MIKE SHAW SECURITY LIMITED) and MOUMANTAI HOLDINGS LIMITED (all in liquidation)
Craig Sanson, insolvency practitioner, and David Bridgman, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on the date and times below:

RH & PJ HOLDINGS LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.13am.
MSS SECURITY LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.14am.
MOUMANTAI HOLDINGS LIMITED (in liquidation) at 11.00am.
We fix 12 September 2016 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
