JIGGA LIMITED (trading as The Ugly Duck Restaurant & Bar) and WILLIAMS INVESTMENTS LIMITED (both in liquidation)
Grant McQuoid and Malcolm Hollis, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court at New Plymouth, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on the date and times below:

WILLIAMS INVESTMENTS LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.22am.
We fix 6 September 2016 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
