Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of ATWAL AG LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Timaru, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 1 August 2016 at 11.21am.

We fix 2 September 2016 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
