Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Take notice that CROMWELL SALEYARDS CO LIMITED (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, on 15 July 2016 to be put into liquidation.

Paul William Gerrard Jenkins and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.

The liquidation commenced on 15 July 2016 at 9.00am.
