David Edward Thomas, accountant of Tauranga, was appointed joint and several liquidator of CAD 3 D MOULDINGS AND PROFILES LIMITED (in liquidation) by shareholder resolution at Tauranga, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 25 July 2016 at 8.00pm.

I fix 25 August 2016 at 5.00pm as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
