Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Craig Sanson and Malcolm Hollis, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of EOR HOLDINGS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 15 July 2016 at 10.24am.

We fix 31 August 2016 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
