Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, chartered accountants of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of NORWOOD ONE LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Dunedin, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 28 July 2016 at 10.11am.

We fix 29 August 2016 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
