Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner, was appointed liquidator of PRIMROSE & FINCH LIMITED (in liquidation) by the shareholders on 27 July 2016 at 11.42pm, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidator fixes 26 August 2016 as the last day on or before which the creditors of PRIMROSE & FINCH LIMITED (in liquidation) can claim and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
