On 26 July 2016 the directors of WILTSHIRE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT LIMITED and WILTSHIRE INVESTMENTS LIMITED resolved “that the companies would, on the appointment of a liquidator under section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, be able to pay their debts”.
Notice is hereby given that Christopher Carey McCullagh, chartered accountant, and Stephen Mark Lawrence, both RITANZ accredited insolvency practitioners of PKF Corporate Recovery & Insolvency (Auckland) Limited, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named companies by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on the date and times below:
