Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

John Fisk, of Wellington, and Tony Pattison, of Napier, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of FOX ON THE QUAY LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Napier, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 21 July 2016 at 10.13am.

We fix 18 August 2016 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
