Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

John Trevor Whittfield, insolvency practitioner, was appointed liquidator of MACY HOME LIMITED on 26 June 2016 at 8.00pm, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

This is the liquidation of a solvent company and the directors have signed a declaration of solvency.
