Tony Pattison and Malcolm Grant Hollis, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of NGAI TAUIRA HOLDINGS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Gisborne, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 28 June 2016 at 10.15am.

We fix 25 August 2016 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
