Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

David Edward Thomas, accountant of Tauranga, was appointed joint and several liquidator of LIMITLESS CONSTRUCTION LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Tauranga, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 11 July 2016 at 11.08am.

I fix 11 August 2016 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
