Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Craig Alexander Sanson, insolvency practitioner, and David Bridgman, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of GT VENTURES LIMITED (in liquidation) by the shareholder, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 22 February 2016 at 1.06pm.

Pursuant to Regulation 12(1) of the Companies Act 1993 Liquidation Regulations 1994, we hereby nominate 12 August 2016 as the final date for the lodging of any claim in the liquidation.
