Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

John Fisk, chartered accountant of Wellington, and Craig Sanson, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of WAINUI REAL ESTATE LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Wellington, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 12 July 2016 at 10.40am.

We fix 12 August 2016 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
