Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Grant Hollis, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of ROTORUA LOCKS & GLASS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Rotorua, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 11 July 2016 at 11.05am.

We fix 22 August 2016 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
