Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 8 July 2016 at 4.46am, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that BC & AW TRANSPORT LIMITED be liquidated and that Imran Mohammed Kamal, insolvency practitioner of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
