Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

We, Angelina Antoinette Greer and Joseph Craig McNeill, chartered accountants of Feilding, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of BYREBURN LIMITED (in liquidation) by special resolution of the shareholders on 30 June 2016 at 2.00pm, the date that the liquidation commenced.
