Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

On 1 April 2016, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that ESPIE HOLDINGS LIMITED be liquidated and that Robin Winston Hargrave, accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.

The liquidation commenced on 23 June 2016.
